The dimensions of the structure are planned in such a way that the houses can be transported within the EU in a fully finished state. The customer only unloads the house from the car with a crane, installs it on the foundation (single-module houses do not require installation on a "brick" foundation), connects utilities and brings the furniture they like.

Such houses will be the ideal solution for a small family. They are also suitable for older people who dream of their own home outside the city.

It is always possible with us:

- Finishing at the request of the customer;
- You can divide the room and assign a different function, change the layout of the rooms;
- With us you do not need to wait for a house for 1 year, but you can get a finished house within 3-4 weeks;
- Our houses do not require a foundation.

External facade: Scandinavian spruce, painted / other material is possible (at the customer's choice).

Internal façade: natural façade slab, painted / MDF wall panels / gypsum board (customer's choice).

Windows: plastic, laminated or aluminium

Heating system: electric (sockets under the windows);

Insulation: mineral basalt wool (150 mm - walls, 200 mm - ceiling and floor);

Floor covering: laminate (it is possible to choose another material - at the customer's choice)

Doors: entrance and interior;

Kitchen: sink entrance, stove entrance.

House equipment: lamps, switches, sockets, 80 l boiler, shower with tiles, ventilation in the bathroom, toilet, entrance to the washing machine.

It is worth remembering that a permit is not required for houses up to 35 m² but encourage you to check with your local authorities.

The light weight metal roofing system for our pods is our most popular roofing system. This metal tile comes with a lifetime manufacturers guarantee and maintenance free. It is available in 4 different profiles and 3 different colours.

The composite option comes in 4 finished and a 25 year guarantee maintenance free.

Roofing System Option 3 Wood

Our most natural and eco friendly finish is our wood cladding finish. The wood cladding has 2 special treatments preventing water ingress, rot and insect attack. The wood cladding comes with a 15 year guarantee.

When choosing a manufacturer of modular home, you need to pay attention to the period of warranty obligations that the company provides for its products. The longer the warranty period, the higher your confidence in the quality of the home kit made according to your order.

The warranty period for house kits "Tiny House Europe" is 25 years. Warranty obligations apply to all elements supplied by "Tiny House Europe" as part of the house kit. The warranty period is common for house kits supplied individually and for SKD houses. The company's warranty obligations apply to end consumers - owners of residential buildings and commercial real estate, during the construction of which house kits manufactured by Tiny House Europe were used.

The guarantee provides for the protection of the interests of the end consumer of the product in the event of destruction of self-supporting insulated wire panels and other elements included in the house-set "Tiny House Europe" in the process of proper operation of the constructed house (object).

The home kit is warranted if customers meet the conditions listed below.

Conditions for compliance with the transportation of the house kit:

- the organization of loading, transportation and unloading of the house set is carried out by the order of the client by the forces of "Tiny House Europe" - upon delivery of the house set by the customer's vehicle, the transportation and unloading of the house set is carried out under the control of the representative of "Tiny House Europe",

Conditions for compliance with design documentation and maintaining the integrity of load-bearing structures:

- the installation of the house kit was carried out in accordance with the design documentation that was used in its production, - during the warranty period, the integrity of the supporting structures was not violated by partial dismantling or transfer,

Conditions for the construction of the foundation:

- the customer ensured the availability of the results of geological and geodetic research on the site when developing the design documentation for the foundation; in accordance with the requirements of "Tiny House Europe" and project documentation (certification is carried out for compliance with the established requirements by the responsible employee of "Tiny House Europe"),

House kit installation conditions:

- the installation of the house kit was carried out by Tiny House Europe specialists or was organized by the SIP Atelier forces; - the installation of the house kit was carried out by the Tiny House Europe dealer, which has specialist workers certified by the Tiny House Europe company (specialist workers must undergo appropriate training on the base "Tiny House Europe" for the installation of house kits),

- the installation of the house kit was carried out by the customer, while the Tiny House Europe company provided the "Installation supervision" service (valid for paid packages of the "Installation supervision" service)

Conditions for other works:

- after the installation of the supporting structure of the roof (SIP panel, roof structure), the protective roofing material was laid no later than within 5 working days, - after the installation of the supporting structures of the external walls, the window and door structures were installed, no later than within 10 working days (if the customer does not have window and door structures, the openings must be reliably closed),

- after the installation of the supporting structures of the external walls, the facade work must be completed, no later than 10 working days (if the customer is unable to perform the facade work , the customer must preserve the facade using a construction film or membrane).

The cost of delivery of the home in each case is calculated individually;
